Features

NXTAP never rests, never sleeps. never takes leave, never quits, the processing power scales with your requirements

Time-scheduled processing (every x minutes)

NXTAP validates the status of every assignment (e.g. mismatch of quantity due to a missing GR-posting) in regular short intervals. If data or status changes, the assignment will change accordingly

Factual verification

NXTAP validates whether the invoice line item data is sufficient to verify the invoice, if not, NXTAP will initiate an exception handling process.

Quantity check

NXTAP validates whether the invoiced quantity has been received. If not, NXTAP will initiate an exception handling process.

Price check

NXTAP validates whether the unit price(s) are matching to the purchase order. If not, NXTAP will initiate an exception handling process.

Exception handling

NXTAP assigns all exception handling processes to defined organization units. Members of these organization units are able to perform necessary actions to address the exception

Release (n-level)

NXTAP validates whether a release is required. If yes, the releasers are determined based on verified invoice data, releasers are not expected to do any changes to the document

Release (n-level, SAP FIORI)

NXTAP validates whether a release is required. If yes, the releasers are determined based on verified invoice data, releasers are not expected to do any changes to the document. The releaser can work in intuitive and simple UI5-screens

Release (n-level, Microsoft Teams)

Releasers are determined based on verified invoice data, releasers are not expected to do any changes to the document

Auto-posting

The default outcome of every NXTAP process is an automatically osted document.

Monitoring (SAP GUI)

The entire process from parking to posting is monitored in NXTAP STP. NXTAP STP gives access to all relevant information on header- and line-item level, allows editing and saving directly from the overview, etc.

Comments

While certain activities mandate the entry of comments, users can always add comments to ensure a seamless documentation of the process. All comments are stored in NXT and as a PDF-attachment to the invoice document.

Agent determination

NXT provides a simple yet powerful agant determination based on cost objects, amounts, and involved agents (e.g. to ensure 4-eyes principle). UserExits allow for more complex business rules to identify agents.

SLA Monitoring

An SLA is defined for every activity. A colorcode indicates whether the user is still within the SLA
